Event tariff includes:

3 night's bed and breakfast (full English or Continental) in 4 star standard en-suite accommodation. Overnight parking in hotel grounds with security gate access



Tea or Coffee on arrival, barbeque, medieval banquet with entertainment and farewell dinner. Vegetarian options at all meals
Wine with banquet and farewell dinner
Packed lunch on Saturday and Sunday
Admission to Millbrook Proving Ground, Vauxhall Heritage Centre and IWM Duxford. Safety marshals at Millbrook
One route book, rally plate and boxed souvenir plaque per car
Public liability insurance



Event tariff does not include:

Travel to and from the venue
Drinks other than the wine as noted above
Fuel
Membership of on-site health & fitness centre and dip pool
Mechanical breakdown assistance or recovery

A limited number of rooms with "pull out" beds are available for children sharing with parents

Up to 2 children under 10 sharing a double room with parents: an extra £30.00 B&B for the 3 nights
Special children's evening meal package at £10 per meal per child. Half portions of adult menu also available, price on application.
For example, 2 adults sharing with 2 children who take the children's meal package all 3 nights will pay a total of £520

A minimum deposit of £100 per person is required by January 15th 2009

Full payment is due by April 30th 2009

Entries accepted on a "first come first served" basis
